If engaging in work with Good News Goats or/and hiring us for services, you will be responsible for your resulting work product's terms of service and privacy policy.

Messages & content sent or uploaded via Good News Goats' products must not be harassing or hateful or spammy, any speech or images deemed as inappropriate by a receiver can be flagged by the receiver and Good News Goats will send the receiver steps to forward the content and correspondence to the relevant authorities for legal action. Good News Goats may remove such content without warning to the user who posted the material or content and potentially remove that user from the respective platform.

When using any software, applications, websites, platforms, apis, services or work products released by Good News Goats, you agree to use at your own risk and you agree to indemnify us from any and all consequences or repercussions. Including, but not limited to any legal, financial, health, or social consequences and repercussions. We do not share your data with any 3rd parties and we make it a priority to not save any more data than needed for the application you are using. Please use your best judgement when sharing content online. And please reach out we, will help if we can with removal of content uploaded by mistake or to discuss any users in violation of our Terms.

Our initial position on any censorship concerns, is to side with the receiver's judgement when blocking and removing content and users. We do reserve the right to ultimately decide what to remove and aim to offer tools within our products so that any user may easily block other users with 1 click.

If you want to be totally wiped from our records or want to see what data is being saved, please reach out directly via email and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner with a data dump of all of the information related to your email/user account that we have in our backend services. You can expect for any social application that your user object will be made up of your email and any content that you uploaded or favorite'd or sent as messages etc. We don't actively supplement your profile with any other data, and auth / password management in most cases is handled by an authentication service unique to each product.
